- Handle customer calls
- Respond to customer emails, tickets, and queries
- Provide clear, quick, and professional resolutions
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Communicate fluently in Tamil & Telugu
Requirements:
- Excellent Tamil & Telugu communication
- Experience in Email support + Call support + Chat support
- Valuable email writing and typing speed
- Basic computer skills, Excel
- Must be an immediate joiner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
