Hiring: Costing & Estimation Manager
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing & Estimation Manager to manage product costing, process cost analysis, and value engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering manufacturing, preferably in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate product costing based on BOM and samples
Perform detailed manufacturing process cost analysis
Conduct cost estimation for new and existing engineering products
Drive cost optimization initiatives through VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering)
Analyze raw material, machining, fabrication, and overhead costs
Coordinate with design, production, and purchase teams for cost inputs
Support quotation preparation and commercial negotiations
Monitor cost variance and recommend corrective actions
Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4–5 years in engineering/manufacturing companies (Automobile industry preferred)
Strong understanding of BOM,
manufacturing processes, and cost structures
Knowledge of VAVE and cost reduction techniques
Valuable analytical and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred
