Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Telecaller to promote our media services, generate leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote media advertising and marketing services.
Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
Explain advertising packages, digital marketing services, and media solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Requirements




Graduate (Marketing or related field preferred).
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or marketing (media experience is an advantage).
Robust verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Fluent in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
