We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Chinese Chef / Cook to prepare high-quality momos and other menu items while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and kitchen discipline. The candidate should be passionate about cooking and able to work efficiently during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare chicken, veg, paneer, and other momo fillings.
Make, fold, steam, fry, and prepare momos as per recipe standards.
Prepare sauces, chutneys, and other accompaniments.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient requirements.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the service team for timely order preparation.
Assist in daily opening and closing kitchen procedures.

Requirements




Experience in Chinese cuisine or momo preparation preferred.
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Punctual, honest, and responsible.
Willingness to learn and follow standard recipes (SOPs).

Preferred Skills
Experience with steaming, frying, and tandoori-style cooking.
Positive knife skills and ingredient preparation.
Ability to maintain speed without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Knowledge Park-I, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
