Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Sales Hiring to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for sales and business development roles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sourcing quality talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and achieving hiring targets in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, and other business-critical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Drive bulk and lateral hiring while ensuring quality of hire.
Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track hiring metrics including Time-to-Hire,



Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS/HRIS and prepare periodic hiring reports.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Sales Hiring or Volume Hiring.
Solid understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in hiring for Inside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Telecalling roles will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
