We are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage end-to-end financial operations in a rapid-growing real estate organization. This role demands robust expertise in taxation, compliance, financial strategy, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive business performance and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Lead GST, TDS, and ESIC compliance including filings, reconciliations, and audits
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and monthly/quarterly closures
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage banking relationships, funding, loan processing, and coordination with DSAs/NBFCs
Conduct project costing, profitability analysis, and financial planning
Ensure accurate books of accounts and compliance with statutory requirements
Lead internal & statutory audits and ensure timely completion
Monitor cash flow, financial risks,



and implement control measures
Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions

Key Requirements
Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience (Real Estate preferred)
Solid command over GST, TDS, ESIC, and taxation laws
Expertise in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
Proven experience in handling banks, NBFCs & financial institutions
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
