Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with robust expertise in S/4HANA support projects(link removed) The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and cross-module integration, along with the ability to handle L2/L3 support activities and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for SAP MM module in an S/4HANA environment
Handle L2/L3 support tickets, including issue analysis, resolution, and closure using ticketing tools
Work on procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management
Manage inventory management, material valuation, and invoice verification processes
Configure and support release strategies and approval workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with PP, QM, WM, SD, and FICO modules
Work closely with the ABAP team for custom developments, enhancements, and reports
Understand and implement pharma/chemical compliance requirements where applicable




Participate in process improvements and implementation of recent business requirements
Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting
Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (latest versions preferred)
Deep knowledge of:
Procurement cycle (P2P)
Inventory management & valuation
Invoice verification
Good understanding of cross-module integrations (PP, QM, WM, SD, FICO)
Experience in release strategy configuration
Familiarity with S/4HANA changes, including:
Business Partner (BP) model
Inventory data model changes
Experience in support projects and ticket handling tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
Solid experience in L2/L3 issue categorization and resolution
Ability to work on custom developments with ABAP team
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in chemical/pharma industry projects
Exposure to compliance and regulatory processes
Prior experience in onsite support roles
