Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support our brand growth, customer engagement, and sales efforts both online and offline. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, social media, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Generate leads for custom gifting, wedding essentials, bulk orders, and corporate gifting
- Manage and support social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Interact with customers through calls, DMs, and in-store inquiries
- Support local marketing initiatives in Hoskote and nearby areas
- Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads
- Assist in product promotions, catalog sharing, and online listings

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions
- Creative mindset with interest in branding and content creation
- Sales-oriented attitude with confidence in customer engagement
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, or similar tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills

- Photography/video content creation for products
- Local networking and promotional skills
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Kannada, English, and Hindi communication skills preferred
