Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role is key to improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team activities and schedules
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Track sales performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in the preparation and organization of sales meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance)
Follow up on leads and support the sales team in closing deals
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
