Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate will handle guest concerns, supervise staff, and ensure hotel standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance teams.
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational efficiency.
Handle emergency situations and prepare daily operational reports.
Support management in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
2–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
