Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for current hires and existing employees.
Conduct product, process, communication, and objection-handling training sessions.
Monitor sales team performance and identify training needs.
Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
Coach and mentor sales executives through role-plays and live call evaluations.
Track training effectiveness using KPIs and provide performance reports.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and HR to align training with business objectives.
Organize refresher sessions and ongoing skill development programs.
Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.





Required Skills:
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of sales techniques, customer handling, and negotiation.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Robust analytical and coaching abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
