We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage PPC, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI/ROAS
Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
Requirements:
3–4 years of performance marketing experience
Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and analytics tools
Proven track record of generating leads and improving ROI
Solid analytical and reporting skills
