Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the hospital's marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving patient engagement, developing referral networks, and achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and health awareness programs.
- Increase patient footfall through marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, and branding activities.
- Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare marketing reports and present performance updates to management.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Working Hours: As per hospital policy.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
- Solid local market knowledge and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
