ITSM Reporting

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with robust expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and dashboard development to deliver actionable insights, support business decision-making, and drive data-driven reporting solutions. Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard development is highly preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs. Gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions. Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and data modeling activities. Develop and maintain KPIs, SLA, and performance measurement reports. Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms. Support ad-hoc reporting and executive-level dashboard requirements.



Required Skills Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including data analysis, reporting, presentation development, and creation of business-ready documentation. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM reporting (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, SLA metrics). Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams. Exposure to Power Automate and reporting automation solutions.
