We are seeking motivated candidates to join our Insolvency and Bankruptcy team. This role offers practical exposure to insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in corporate law, finance, and restructuring advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of receipts & payments accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Support in maintaining financial records and documentation related to insolvency assignments.
- Help compile data for liquidation cost statements and case-related reports.
- Assist in drafting reports, summaries, and statutory filings under IBC (under supervision).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Conduct research on IBC provisions, circulars, and relevant case laws.
- Provide support to the Insolvency Professional in day-to-day case management activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com / LL.B / BBA LL.B
- Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter
- Semi-Qualified CS / CS Executive
- Strong interest in Insolvency, Corporate Law, and Finance
- Basic knowledge of IBC, 2016 (preferred)
- Positive communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
