Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Sales Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in ERP Sales, CRM Sales, Enterprise Business Application Sales, or B2B Software Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate leads, acquire recent clients, deliver solution-based sales presentations, and achieve revenue targets by promoting ERP and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP, CRM, and Enterprise Business Application solutions.

· Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

· Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP and CRM solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams for successful solution delivery.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM tools.





· Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging enterprise software technologies.

Requirements

· Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, MBA, or a related field.

· Experience: 3–5 years in ERP Sales, CRM Sales, Enterprise Business Application Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Software Sales.

· Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions.

· Proven experience in business development, consultative selling, lead generation, and client acquisition.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
