Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning workplace for young children.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement learning programs that keep children naturally engaged and curious.
Use creative teaching aids and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable.
Ensure that all activities adhere to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Encourage children to communicate, collaborate, and build social competence.
Foster a supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and heard.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between children in a calm and constructive manner.
Communicate with parents as needed to discuss concerns, progress, and updates.
Maintain close observation of children to understand their individual needs and behaviors.
Track and document each child's developmental progress and share insights with parents.
Collaborate effectively with other educators and staff members at the centre.
Engage with parents to better understand each child’s background and upbringing.
Ensure a clean, secure, and healthy classroom workplace at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant experience in early childhood education (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
Demonstrated nurturing qualities with a patient, compassionate, and positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
