Job Title: Fabricator/Polisher

Job Type: Full time
Location: Poonamallee, Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator and also a polisher to cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to specifications. The candidate should be able to work with a variety of tools and machinery to produce accurate and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities - Fabricator
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal materials
Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, drills, and grinders
Perform basic welding if required
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe work setting

Key Responsibilities - Polisher
Polish, buff, and finish metal surfaces to required quality standards
Use polishing machines, grinders, and hand tools effectively
Remove scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
Inspect finished products to ensure smoothness and shine
Maintain polishing tools and equipment




Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements
Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to handle materials and equipment

Requirements
Prior experience in metal polishing or similar role preferred
Knowledge of polishing materials and techniques
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work with hand tools and machinery
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Stainless Steel fabrication
Experience in Stainless Steel polishing
