International Outbound Sales Specialist
Experience
5 years+ of experience in International B2C Sales
Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
Experience handling international clients is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to international customers.
Promote and sell insurance products to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Follow company sales processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills with a explicit, neutral, or international accent.
Robust sales and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
Experience in international outbound calling and B2C sales.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with international calling experience in insurance sales will be given preference.
Experience handling customers from international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, or Canada is an advantage.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Undergraduate candidates with relevant international sales experience may also be considered.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
