Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software and maintain accurate customer records.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation and customer retention.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
