We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead our sales initiatives, develop effective marketing strategies, and drive membership growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic planning and team management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase gym memberships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.




- Generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, events, partnerships, and referrals.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Build robust relationships with potential and existing members.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Organize promotional campaigns, fitness events, and membership drives.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
