Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and labor licenses.
Coordinate employee documentation, and background verification.
Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports and statutory registers.
Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documents.
Ensure timely renewal of statutory registrations and licenses.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Handle employee grievance and disciplinary documentation in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure statutory deductions and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labor legislations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Valuable documentation and record management skills.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
MBA in HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
