Job Summary

We are hiring a Travel Sales Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling Domestic and International Holiday Packages, handling travel inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

If you have worked as a Travel Consultant, Holiday Consultant, Tour Consultant, Travel Advisor, or Travel Sales Executive in a travel agency or tour company, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Sell domestic and international holiday packages.
Design customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up until booking confirmation.
Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners.
Guide customers on visa documentation, travel insurance, and travel requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Update customer records in CRM or internal systems.

Required Skills




1–5 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
Experience preparing travel itineraries and quotations.
Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems is an advantage.
