5+ Years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Learn Management.
Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the best business practices and impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud LMS as a solution.
Configure Oracle LMS - Learning & assessments, learning evaluations, access restriction of courses, TNI process, sequencing of courses and specialization.
Experience in integration with Linked in & virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc.)
Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
Supporting data migration activities
Assist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
Ability to create functional design documents
Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud LMS updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.
