Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs accurately
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
Must exhibit evidence based practices. And contribute to allied therapeutic approaches.
Emotional support and aid in rehabilitation process
