We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing medical emergencies, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and assessments.
Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.
Provide emergency and first-line medical care when required.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Handle inpatient and outpatient medical cases.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in health education and preventive healthcare initiatives.
Assist in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and patient safety programs.

Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.




Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
