Job Description (Short):
We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with retailers and customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining relationships with retailers, addressing customer queries, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact retailers and customers via phone.
Explain company products and services.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Resolve customer queries and provide support.
Maintain call records and update reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for business growth.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
