Kedia Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (KCAPL) is hiring Regulatory & Legal Specialists to manage RERA, SEBI and IFSCA compliance. We have four openings for Law Graduate (LLB/LLM) and Company Secretary (CS).

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory and legal compliance for Real Estate Developers, AIFs, REITs, SMREITs under RERA, SEBI & IFSCA.
Draft, review and manage legal agreements and contracts for real estate transactions
Handle legal notices, disputes, Appeals and documentation
Prepare/review offering documents, trust deeds, IMAs.
Coordinate with RERA, REAT, SEBI & IFSCA for Cases, filings & approvals.
Conduct due diligence on REIT/AIF transactions.
Manage corporate secretarial compliance.
Track and implement regulatory changes.
Assist with dispute resolution & litigation.
Willingness to travel within Jaipur for court appearances
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
Coordinate with clients and maintain case records.
Maintain and organize case files,



evidence and legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations

Requirements:
LLB/LLM/CS with robust legal/regulatory knowledge.
Familiarity with RERA, SEBI AIF, REIT, IFSCA, trust and other real estate & corporate laws.
Solid drafting, communication (English/Hindi) and client-handling skills.

Preferred:
Internships/experience in law or financial services.
Knowledge of RERA Litigation, fund structuring, GIFT City, or international regulations.
