Job Position: Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute influencer marketing and social media strategies aligned with client and brand objectives.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, including negotiations, briefs, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Manage day-to-day social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
Collaborate with creative, account management, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and creator landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Track campaign performance, analyse insights, measure ROI, and prepare performance reports.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and campaign reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements:
Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, project management, and organisational abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a rapid-paced setting.
