Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales / LinkedIn Marketing Executive who can generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other outreach channels. The ideal candidate should enjoy networking, connecting with decision-makers, and supporting the sales team by creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking.
- Identify and connect with HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Hiring Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales,



or LinkedIn Outreach.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn for B2B prospecting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience generating qualified meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
- Understanding of IT staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,828.36 per month
