Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong team of Insurance Advisors, driving business growth, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors
- Guide and motivate advisors to achieve insurance business targets
- Conduct regular team meetings and product training sessions
- Generate new business opportunities through advisors and offline activities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Track advisor performance and support them for business growth
- Execute sales strategies to increase insurance business
- Ensure proper documentation and customer service support

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Team handling and sales management ability

- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Life Insurance / Financial Services preferred




- Ability to recruit and develop a successful advisor team

Qualification: Graduate Preferred
Experience: Insurance / Sales Experience Preferred
