Job Summary:
The Credit Card Sales Executive identifies potential customers, explains credit card features and benefits, and assists customers in completing the application process. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit cards to new customers.
Approach prospective customers through field visits, retail outlets, corporate locations, or events.
Explain credit card features, advantages, fees, rewards, and eligibility criteria.
Assist customers with completing application forms and collecting required documents.
Verify customer information and ensure documentation is complete.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow all company, bank, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.




Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with valuable negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
