Qualification
CA Qualified
Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and related areas

Experience
CA Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS,



Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Monitor accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
Guide and supervise junior accounting staff

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
