Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Labour Room Staff Nurse to provide secure, high-quality nursing care to mothers during labour, delivery, and immediate post-delivery care. The candidate should be experienced in handling maternity emergencies, supporting doctors during procedures, and ensuring excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labour room
Monitor mother and fetal wellbeing during labour
Assist doctors during normal and assisted deliveries
Prepare patients for labour procedures and interventions
Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rate, and progress of labour
Provide pre and post-delivery care to mothers and newborns
Assist in emergency situations and follow clinical protocols




Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Qualifications:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience in Labour Room / Maternity Care preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations

Preferred Experience:
Labour room / Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience
Newborn care and emergency handling experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
