Required Qualifications:
Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
Proven experience in Collections or related process
Managed end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including account management, AR ledger maintenance, account reconciliation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Robust customer relationship management abilities
