This internship provides hands-on experience with the complete recruitment lifecycle while working with experienced recruiters in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters.
Maintain candidate information in ATS and internal databases.
Learn and support the complete US recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation (Final Year students may apply).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills.
Willingness to work the Night Shift (US Shift).
Positive attitude,



eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
