Strategic Planning: Craft long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's broader business objectives and growth goals.Brand Management: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all public-facing platforms and communications.Demand Generation & Acquisition: Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign execution utilizing a mix of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and social media.Market & Consumer Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine product positioning and go-to-market plans.Budgeting & ROI: Allocate marketing resources effectively, track key performance metrics, and measure the ROI of all marketing initiatives.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead the in-house marketing department while managing external vendor and agency relationships.
