Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including:
Customer contracts
Vendor and supplier contracts
Service agreements
OEM contracts
M&A; and JV Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Employment-related agreements
Ensure contracts adequately safeguard the Company's interests.
Maintain contract repository and monitor contractual obligations.
Litigation & Dispute Management
Manage and strategize litigation, arbitration, and legal notices.
Draft proper notices, replies, and pleadings.
Coordinate with external legal counsels and regulatory authorities.
Prepare case summaries, legal briefs, and supporting documentation.
Track litigation status and recommend resolution strategies.
Legal Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labor, commercial, and industry-specific laws.




Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the Organization.
Develop and update legal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Support internal and external compliance audits.
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
Provide practical legal advice to business functions including HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Sales.
Identify legal risks associated with business activities and recommend mitigation measures.
Support business initiatives, mergers, partnerships, and strategic projects from a legal perspective.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across business operations.
Conduct awareness sessions and legal training programs for employees.

Build robust relationships with external law firms and legal consultants
