We are seeking an experienced Passenger Service Team Leader to manage check-in, boarding, arrival, and customer service operations while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise passenger service agents during shifts.
Ensure smooth check-in and boarding operations.
Handle passenger escalations and service recovery.
Monitor airline service standards and compliance.
Coordinate with airline representatives and airport stakeholders.
Prepare operational and performance reports.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
3–6 years of passenger service experience
Prior team handling experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
