Skill/Title : Technical Production Support – Banking Domain Exp

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location:Hyderabad

Notice Period:Immediate to 15 Days

Mode Of Work:Work From Office Only

Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application issues.
Track, update, and follow up on incident and service tickets until closure.
Monitor dashboards and verify application health/status.
Communicate issue status, escalations, and progress to stakeholders.
Validate reported issues and coordinate testing after fixes.
Maintain documentation, status reports, and support logs.
Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with agreed SLAs.
Execute DB queries to identify the issue whenever required.

Required Skills
Robust coordination and communication skills.




Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Ability to monitor dashboards and validate application status.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of application support and incident management.
Domain knowledge on Loan Origination and Management Systems.
