Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor civil, interior fit-out, finishing, and MEP coordination activities at the project site.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace at the site.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.
Verify measurements, material consumption, and work progress for billing and record purposes.
Ensure materials received at the site meet the required quality standards and are used efficiently.




Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
Coordinate inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements throughout project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B. Tech /B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
47 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-out, corporate office, hospitality, or real estate projects.
Positive knowledge of interior finishing, civil works, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
