The Corporate Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing mid-market and large corporate accounts. The role requires consultative selling, relationship management, and a strong understanding of corporate insurance products and risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across assigned territories.
Develop relationships with CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads, Risk Managers, and Finance Leaders.
Generate business opportunities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and insurance reviews.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with insurers and underwriting teams to design customized solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and servicing.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
Experience of direct corporate sales.
Experience in corporate insurance, employee perks, insurance broking, banking, financial services, or enterprise solution sales preferred.
Solid network within mid-market and large corporate organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a hunter mindset.
