Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Understand project architecture and define QE strategy aligning with RBC standards
Lead test automation initiatives using up-to-date frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, Cypress, Provar etc)
Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing
Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD testing practices and shift-left testing
Define and implement performance, security, and integration testing strategies
Evaluate opportunities to integrate Gen AI into QE processes test case generation, self-healing tests, intelligent defect triaging, etc.
Contribute to RFP and proposal efforts from a QE standpoint
Mentor junior testers and ensure consistent QE best practices

Skills :




Solid hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test architecture
Familiarity with Gen AI trends in QE space (bonus if he is hands on), knowledge of tools and framework like playwright.
Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker
Domain experience in Wealth/Banking is preferred
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
