Able to book Income and Expenses
Well-versed in handling Receipts and Payments
Maintain files and electronic records

Initiate Collections on post due accounts
Handle Accounts Payable and receivable
Check invoices for inaccuracies
Contact Clients about invoices that are past due
Perform administrative task as needed




Preparing weekly sales analysis report

Proven experience of 3 -5 years as Account Executive
Well versed with MS Office , Social Media Platforms , Google Sheets
Having experience of functional ERP will be an advantage
Good at verbal & written communication
