Role Summary :

We are looking for an HR Intern to support HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition (TA)/Hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling HR data, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. The intern will assist in maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, and supporting hiring activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Assist the Talent Acquisitions team with hiring, interview coordination, documentation, etc
Assist in day-to-day HR Operations activities and documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary data management
Ensure data accuracy, condentiality, and timely reporting
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation

Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline
Comfortable working with HR data and documentation
Basic understanding of HR Ops, Payroll, and Hiring processes
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Prociency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
