Key Responsibilities
Source KCC Agriculture Loan customers through field visits and local market activities.
Generate leads from farmers, agri-businesses, and rural communities.
Explain KCC loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with branches and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Build solid relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
Ensure timely loan disbursement and maintain quality business.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
