Job description

We are looking for an experienced travel sales consultant to join our robust organization located in Mumbai.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Making quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages for the customers

• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate with travelers.

• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Holiday Packages

• Sharing Quotations as per the client's requirements and convincing the customers to close the sale.

• Create customized holiday packages for B2C

• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation

• Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.





• Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.

• Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service

• Maintain CRM records

Skill Requirements.

• Minimum 3+ Year Experience in the holidays and travel industry

• Must have experience in B2C Sales

• Proficient in MS Office

• Domestic Destination Knowledge

• Candidate should be able to sell Travel related services to Client

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task

• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

• Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is

preferred Work from Home / Work from Office 6 Days Week.
