Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Project Manager- Interior Designing for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali(W), Mumbai location. for the Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities
You will ensure assigned projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
You will manage project deliverables, including risk allowances, monitor and control changes and variations,
You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.

Candidates profile:
A site supervisor skilled with 2+ years of experience in the building construction industry/interior design
Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, retail, and office projects.
A process-driven site supervisor skilled with quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
AutoCAD, Microsoft excel and preparing BOQ

Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
