This is a entry level field sales job.

Candidates from Porur,Velachery, Kanchipuram and ECR will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Source recent loan customers through dealer tie-ups, referrals, and direct marketing.
Customer Interaction: Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms (EMIs) to potential clients.
Documentation & Processing: Collect necessary documents, pre-screen applications, and ensure accurate, timely submission to the credit team.
Relationship Management: Maintain robust, active relationships with car dealership sales teams to ensure regular lead flow.
Targets:



Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for loan disbursement.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all loan applications adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Field Work: Visit customer locations for document pickup and deal closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fresh graduates (Any Degree )
Interest in loan products.
Basic communication skills; willingness to work in the field.
Basic MS Excel and documentation knowledge.
Ability to travel to dealer sites and customer locations.
