Job Description
Handle Help Desk ticketing system through manage engine service desk plus.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking and Follow-up with users and Technicians.
Manage Help Desk responsibility and resource allocation to maintain 1000 users in multiple locations.
- Develop and manage internal and external support documentation.
Support IT staff members on support work.
Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for IT support.
Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email.
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Keep record of problems and their resolution
Guide users with easy,



step-by-step instructions
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Logging Calls, Assigning Tickets, Call Monitoring, Maintaining SLA,Raising Part request.
Maintaining MIS Reports Daily / Weekly / Monthly.
Maintaining AMC Inventory database.
Knowledge of ticketing portal.
Vendor coordination.
Processing Maintaining Purchase Orders.
Processing Maintaining Vendor Invoices.
